Internet GIS/MIS is an application that utilizes the Internet systems to facilitate the access, processing, and dissemination of spatital and non-spatial data.

GIS: Raster data are cut into pieces to overlay on the map and vector data are imported to the database and spatial database and converted to XML (SVG file). MIS: The system queries the data from the database and displays on Internet GIS/MIS. GUI Generator: The system generates Internet GIS/MIS GUI and the control table (the database table for controlling data on the Internet (GIS/MIS screen).

Conclusion MIS coupled with GIS provides a powerful tool for water resource management. It is necessary to be further developed in order to support government agencies on their decision-making.

XML Compiler The XML Compiler is a software tool for generating an SVG form from a shapefile format based on the open-source software.

XML Parser The XML Parser written with C Programming Language applies Lex and Yacc to generate a lexical analyzer and parser.

GUI Generator The Internet GIS/MIS GUI and control table are created if required. The control table is called to control data whenever the Internet (GS/MIS is served.
